The challenge
The Oak Group needed a single application to run the whole construction project lifecycle, from looking for land to acquire, through opening the location, and into post-opening follow-up. Information lived across spreadsheets, email threads, and standalone tools, so administrators could not see where a project stood without chasing it down. They also wanted the indicators and insights to improve the process on every new project, which the existing setup could not produce.
Approach
Lagarsoft built SiteRise end to end as one application that organises work around locations, sites, and projects. Deliverables come with planning attached. Requests for Information and Change Orders are first-class modules instead of email threads. The application stays open to the rest of the tooling The Oak Group already uses, so existing workflows continue working alongside it.
