In-depth conversations with engineering and product. We read the codebase, look at deploys, and listen for what is actually painful, not what is convenient to talk about.

Analyze what is there.
Current processes, technologies, and pain points get mapped against what production-grade looks like for the size and risk of your business. We name the gaps.

Recommend, then implement.
Where the team can take it from a written recommendation, the engagement ends there. Where it needs senior hands on keyboards, we stay and do the work.
What you get out of it.
Recommendations are not the deliverable. The deliverable is alignment: a written recommendation that engineering, product, and leadership can all hold in their hands and act on. It is short on purpose. It is honest on purpose.
