Lagarsoft built the platform end to end, pulling project data from ServiceTitan and presenting it as custom dashboards, daily-target KPIs, per-employee scorecards, and budget alerts an owner can read at a glance. ServiceTitan continues to do the operational work. The Scorecard is where the headline numbers live. In production today.
