Approach

Lagarsoft built a portal connected to Autodesk Construction Cloud that surfaces the same user and permission information on demand. Instead of pulling and filtering inside ACC, the archiving team queries the portal directly and gets the records they need in one place. The portal talks to ACC through Autodesk Platform Services, so the data stays current without the team maintaining a separate copy.
